Room Policy
Prices are inclusive of VAT
All rates are per room only- we can also offer a boxed (uncooked) breakfast upon request. There are plenty of good cafes and venues that offer excellent food if you need a more substantial meal to start your day – please ask our friendly and knowledgeable staff who can help you start your day your way.
Check in time is from 4pm-9pm. If you would like to check in earlier please do contact us and we will try to accommodate you. We would ask that if you are going to arrive late please let us know. Check out time is 10.00 am.
For the overall comfort of our guests and in line with current legislation, there is a No Smoking policy throughout the hotel.
Cancellations: We do appreciate that circumstances change – if you have to cancel please notify us as soon as possible. If you do not cancel and fail to arrive we will charge the full cost of the first night’s stay. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, and we cannot resell the room we will charge for your first night.
We accept pets at Sherbourne House for a nominal fee of £25 per dog subject to availability of pet friendly rooms, please notify us at the time of booking. We do ask that you bring their bedding and that they are not left unattended in the room. Needless to say, Assistance Dogs are always welcome throughout the hotel.
